About Us

We’re Keith and Juhi — partners in life, photography, and everything in between. Studio Halo was born out of our shared love for capturing genuine moments in a creative and elevated way.

Juhi is the photographer behind the lens — guiding each guest with care and an eye for timeless lighting and composition. Keith brings the magic to life behind the scenes, handling the instant retouching, printing, and overall guest experience, but also jumps behind the lens from time to time. Together, we’ve created a seamless system where guests leave not just with a memory, but a beautiful keepsake.

After years in the wedding photography scene, we noticed something: while the couple, bridal party, and close family often get the spotlight, many of the guests — the people who make the day feel alive — aren’t fully captured. The energy is there, but the faces can fade in memory.

That’s why we created Studio Halo, to bring the focus back to everyone. Our live portrait experience ensures your guests aren’t just a blur in the background. They’re seen, celebrated, and remembered with beautiful, studio-quality photos. It’s a way for you to relive who was there, how much fun they had, and feel the joy of your event all over again. Based in New Zealand, we specialize in live portrait experiences at events, combining the polish of studio photography with the fun and energy of a photobooth.

We started Studio Halo because we believe everyone deserves to look and feel their best in a photo — no awkward poses or washed-out lighting, just real moments captured with intention. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate party, or celebration with loved ones, we’re here to make your event unforgettable, one portrait at a time.

Let’s make memories together.
