We need a space of 10ft by 10ft (3mx3m) with a minimum height clearance of 9ft (2.7m) for our backdrop. We bring a 2×6ft table for our printer, and editing station.
We require the space near to our print station to have access to a power outlet and wifi/internet is needed.

We need atleast an hour to set up our studio to have it prepped and ready . We take about 40 minutes to take down all of our equipment and leave the premise.

Not exactly. While our Portrait Station shares some similarities with a photo booth, it’s something entirely different — and elevated. Studio Halo is a photographer-led experience, bringing a full professional studio setup to your event.
With our signature white backdrop, studio lighting, a portrait photographer guiding each guest, and real-time retouching and printing on-site, this is more than just a booth — it’s a private mini photo session. The portraits we produce are on par with your wedding photos — timeless, beautiful, and frame-worthy.

Because our setup includes professional lighting, printing, and editing equipment, it’s sensitive to the elements. For outdoor events, we require a fully covered space with protection from rain, wind, and direct sunlight. Outdoor setups are considered on a case-by-case basis.
